A simple way to do this pose is to put your feet up on a chair and lie on your back. The calves are sitting on the chair and the knees are at a 90-degree angle and the back is on the floor. If you are a man, don't just think that yoga is a fad only for middle class housewives. Everybody including you can benefit from yoga.
If you are serious about it then I recommend you go to proper yoga classes rather than try it yourself. After a little time you can continue to the classes or you will know enough to perform self relaxation at home.
